Born and raised in Upstate New York, Stephanie built an accomplished foundation in business early on, owning and operating one of the region’s largest real estate franchises. Coming from a family deeply rooted in development — with her father being a major developer around Fort Drum — she has accumulated more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Stephanie relocated to Florida in 2016, where she has since worked closely with restoration, construction, and HR companies, specializing in improving operational processes and ensuring efficient, seamless workflows. Her background reflects a blend of leadership, communication, and practical industry knowledge.

A graduate of a Catholic school, Stephanie remains actively involved in community service and contributes significant volunteer work to churches across Florida. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud single mother to an accomplished 11-year-old motocross rider and football player. Stephanie is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, and nearly every sport. She is also a former semi-professional soccer player, having competed in both Italy and France.
