Florida Emergency Cleaning is owned and led by Nathan Todd, who began working in family cleaning businesses at age eight and was running large-scale cleaning operations as a teenager. Over the next two decades, Nathan built deep expertise across janitorial, specialty cleaning, disinfecting, restoration, and hazardous materials response.
His leadership is shaped by personal lived experience. Growing up in a hoarding environment and experiencing violent loss within his own family gave him firsthand insight into trauma, grief, and overwhelm. That perspective directly informs how Florida Emergency Cleaning serves its clients today with patience, compassion, and respect.

We do not use call centers, AI systems, or third-party answering services. Every situation is handled by someone with real experience who can guide you immediately.
We are available 24/7 and often begin mobilizing crews during the initial phone call. In most cases, we can respond the same day and reach any location in Florida within approximately 10 hours.

Our team is made up of experienced, highly trained professionals who understand both the technical and emotional realities of emergency cleanup.
We employ small crews, typically one to two technicians, to maintain privacy and minimize disruption. Our technicians are IICRC certified, OSHA trained, and follow strict protocols for biohazard handling, mold remediation, water damage, and hazardous waste cleanup.

We will explain whether filing an insurance claim makes sense and will advise against it if deductibles or coverage limitations make a claim financially unwise. We also offer flexible payment options, including insurance billing and third-party financing when needed.
Discretion is central to our work. Most of our fleet is fully branded, but unbranded vehicles may be available for sensitive situations when requested. Our team avoids discussing work with neighbors and can schedule service during evenings or overnight hours when privacy is a concern.
