Florida Emergency Cleaning is owned and led by Nathan Todd, who began working in family cleaning businesses at age eight and was running large-scale cleaning operations as a teenager. Over the next two decades, Nathan built deep expertise across janitorial, specialty cleaning, disinfecting, restoration, and hazardous materials response.
His leadership is shaped by personal lived experience. Growing up in a hoarding environment and experiencing violent loss within his own family gave him firsthand insight into trauma, grief, and overwhelm. That perspective directly informs how Florida Emergency Cleaning serves its clients today with patience, compassion, and respect.

Discretion is central to our work. Most of our fleet is fully branded, but unbranded vehicles may be available for sensitive situations when requested. Our team avoids discussing work with neighbors and can schedule service during evenings or overnight hours when privacy is a concern.

We also have an unbranded vehicle option available upon request for clients who require additional privacy. Because some of our fleet vehicles are branded, we encourage clients to let us know in advance if discretion is a priority so we can coordinate accordingly.
Yes. We are fully licensed and comprehensively insured. We undergo annual health department and EPA inspections and adhere strictly to industry and state compliance standards.
